BEA was founded in 1995 by Christian C. Badger in the
City of Carmel, IN, where he served as the city engineer.
Mr. Badger has been involved in the practice of Civil
Engineering since 1986.
Chris opened the Lebanon Office in 2003 and has recently
opened offices in Crown Point, Indiana and Phoenix,
Arizona.

The goal at Badger Engineering is to take the clients
desires and needs and by working through an interactive
process, stimulate an interchange of ideas and concepts.
By using the client’s vision and up to date planning
approaches and engineering technology, we create the
plans for tomorrow’s homes, churches and communities.
